-Portraits (and prices listed) are for personal usage. If you are interested in purchasing art for commercial use, please email me for details and pricing. 

 

-Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If clients are unsatisfied with the portrait at any point during the drawing process, they must inform me as soon as possible so the changes can be made accordingly. 

 

 

- As the artist, I reserve the rights to use the portrait and/or any reference pictures clients have provided for any promotional and advertising purposes. If clients prefer to opt out, they must inform me  

 

-Emails/messages/texts sent to me may also be used as testimonials or any promotional and advertising purposes. If clients prefer to opt out, they must inform me immediately. 

 

 

- Theses terms are also stated on invoices, and by proceeding with the payment process, clients thereby confirm that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions listed.

 

 

-Photos and videos featured on this site are copyrighted and cannot be used or duplicated without written consent. 

 

 

-Once portraits have been sent in the mail, I am no longer responsible for any damaged or missing packages.
