-"When will I get the portrait?"

It takes 14-26 cumulated hours to complete a drawing, however, it varies from photo to photo. I recommend allowing 3 weeks for the drawing process and shipping time if you need it by a specific date. 

 

-"Do you ship internationally?"

Services are currently available to U.S. and Canadian residents only.

 

-"Can you use 2 different photos to draw one portrait?"

Yes, as long as the lighting and angle are similar

 

-"Can you use an old photo as a reference?"

High-definition photos are preferred because old photos tend to be faded and discolored which makes the details hard to see and hard to recreate.

However, it is possible. I would recommend sending a couple of pictures for cross-referencing. 

 

-"Do you use an app or filter to create your art?"

No! it is all completely hand-drawn with Faber-Castell Polychromos color pencils and ink on premium quality fine art paper (heavy weight, acid-free, yellow/fade-resistant)
